Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the BranchBay application (the "App") and the branchbay.dev website (the "Site"), both made available by TNT SOFT S.R.L. ("us", "we" or "our").

Your access to and use of the App and the Site is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the App or the Site.

Licence

A BranchBay licence is a one-time purchase. It covers personal or commercial use on up to 2 computers you own or control, it does not expire and it does not renew. You may not resell, sublicense or share your licence key, and you may not redistribute, decompile or reverse engineer the App.

Moving a licence to a replacement computer is fine. Deactivate the old computer from inside the App, or use the licence reset page to clear every activation on your key yourself.

Trial

The App is free to use for 14 days without an account or a payment method. When the trial ends, the App asks for a licence key. Your repositories stay exactly where they are and remain usable with any other Git client.

Payments and refunds

The App requires a one-time payment. Your account is charged immediately as soon as you purchase the licence. Payments are handled by our reseller Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for the order and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your receipt and your licence key are sent by email once the payment clears.

Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product or service, you may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

• The licence key is unused.
• Dissatisfaction with product or service: if you are not satisfied with the product or service you have received, you may request a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund within 30 days.

Changes

These Terms and this refund policy are subject to change at any time. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective when they are posted on this page.

Disclaimer

The materials on the BranchBay website and in the App are provided on an as is basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials or the App on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site. BranchBay writes to your repositories, so keep your own backups and remotes: you are responsible for your data.
